The following instructions will guide you through the www.cebroker.com website for the submission of Continuing Education Units (CEU's). Click on the link above once you have printed the instructions.
- Go to 'Florida healthcare Licensees' on CEBROKER.COM and select 'Option 2' (here is where you register or login in) or simply click here.
- select 'transcripts' (self submit CE)
- select 'start' (select course you completed)
- select 'submit'
- select 'no'
- select ACLS or PALS 16 hours or 8 hours for recertification, 4 for BLS
- select 'live-class'
- enter 'date'
- enter 'ce provider (practical acls/ Naples Community Hosp.)' (continue application and then select SUBMIT)
- print the page for your records
